I’m Mohammad Jamshid Y, the creator behind Catch Perfume and known on Instagram as @platesoffflavour.
My journey began with food and travel - exploring cultures, flavours, and the emotions that connect people to places. Through every trip and every shared meal, I learned one truth: memories are built on sensations - taste, sound, and especially, scent.

From Flavour to Fragrance

After years of storytelling through food, I wanted to create something equally personal and timeless - something that captures emotion in its purest form. That passion led to the birth of Catch Perfume, a brand inspired by heritage, crafted with care, and driven by meaning.

Our First Signature Scent - JADD

Our debut creation, JADD, carries deep personal meaning. The name “Jadd” comes from the Arabic word for grandfather, inspired by the man whose wisdom, grace, and strength have guided my journey.

This fragrance is a tribute - warm, bold, and enduring - a reflection of legacy and love that transcends time.
